Please ring first. Visits are by appointment only, because most days we're out on jobs and you'd find a locked door and a very confused neighbour.
How quickly will you get back to me?
As soon as we can. If it's urgent, ring rather than filling in the form, and if we're up a ladder, leave a message and we'll call you back.
Something you fitted has stopped working. What do I do?
Ring 01425 705035 and tell us what it's doing, or not doing. A lot of problems can be looked at remotely, so have the make of the system handy if you know it.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Lymington and work across the New Forest, Hampshire and east Dorset. For bigger projects and specialist work, like Control4 drivers, we go further.
